Coralis Company and architects of Callison Company from America has researched and designed the project on ideal of creating a tower with modern and graceful architecture and give a nice impression for Hanoi in specific and for Vietnam in general; the purpose of the project is to protect environment and preserve, respect Vietnamese cultural values. The project also defines a picture of Vietnam strong and modern in the future.

Total area of the land is 14,094sq.m, construction density is nor over 63% with land using coefficient is not over 14 times and the height is not 65 storeys. The construction is divided into 3 main areas comprising office, apartment and commercial, service area together with 4 basements for parking lot and technical center. In main tower, an across floor garden is built on each 4-6 floors to make condition for ameliorating climate here. The project is high 65 storeys with 6 base floors.

After construction completed, this will be an architectural impression of Hanoi and also the highest building in the capital in the future.
