New urban area called Daewon D - City will be built in the West of Thuan Phuoc Bridge, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city, on total area 210ha.
According to design, the complex will include Resort, 18 hole golf course to international standards, harbor for the yacht, international hotel, conference center, high-class office 60 floors, commercial center, advanced Villa and apartment building with scale 8,500 apartments.
About 180 ha bank of Da Nang Bay was leveled to serve for this project. It is expected that by 2010, leveled the land will be completed and within 10 years from the date started, the Daewon will bring Da Phuoc New Town to use.
