Original design

The concept for Conic Garden is a simulation of a sunflower with big petals, making a polyhedron, ensuring the natural illumination for all the rooms of the flats. The design showed the best solution for an average area of 50 m2 for a flat, with appropriate spaces for dinning, sleeping and family activities. The French chief architect brought out the reasonable solution for those inquiries of living space and successfully made up an original and different Conic Garden.
