This project is an integral part of the strategic growth plan of the Vietnamese Government to develop Hanoi into a sustainable and urban metropolis while enhancing its natural charm as a historical and cultural national city.

As one of Vietnam’s most important development projects to welcome the 1000th Anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi, this 320-ha park located in Hoang Mai and Thanh Tri districts will include an integrated residential township, a world-class urban park and a premier business district.

The Yen So Park project will be beneficial to promoting cultural and communal lifestyles, enhancing employment, business and investment as well as tourism opportunities in the South of Hanoi, Vietnam.

Yen So Park is strategically located in the centre of the Greater Hanoi Region, right next to two major highway systems - the new Ring Road #3 (to Noi Bai International Airport & the Port of Hai Phong) and National Highway 1 (to the southern provinces and HCMC) which are both under construction and due for completion by 2010.

The Masterplan Concept, the landscape design of the Parks & Urban spaces, as well as the Infrastructure plan have all been entrusted to internationally-renowned consultants – with planners, architects, designers and engineers working as a team to ensure proper coordination & integration.
