HCM City withdraws over 20 hectares land to build houses

The city government has decided to withdraw over 20 hectares land in Go Vap and 7 Districts to build houses.

Accordingly, the Thai Son Company under the Ministry of Defense must hand over 29,730 square meters in Ward 6 of Go Vap District to the 584 Traffic Works Exploitation and Construction Investment Company in order to build houses.

The Nha Be Import and Export Joint Stock Company will hand over a 176,145 square meter plot of land at Binh Thuan and Tan Thuan Tay Wards of District 7 to the District 7 People’s Committee. The area will be divided into 32,525 m2 to build a residential area and 143,620m2 for the Hoan Cau Company to build technical infrastructure and houses at the Tan Thuan Tay residential area.

The Hoan Cau Company’s project covers 6 hectares to build the complex and 6.4 hectares of public works. After the technical infrastructure is finished the investor will hand over it to the District 7 People’s Committee and specialist agencies.
