Sacomreal offers land plots for villas in Binh Thuan

Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company, or Sacomreal, yesterday started selling land plots for villa development in a tourism property project named Casale Hills which is under development in Ham Tan District in the south central coast province of Binh Thuan.
Sacomreal, exclusive agentto the project, says that 124 land plots, some as large as 575 square meters, are on the market with prices starting from VND3.5 million per square meter.
The project owner, Saigon-Ham Tan Tourism Corporation, a member of Saigon Invest Group, will invest VND450 billion to turn the 200 hectare area into a complex with different sections.
As designed, Casale Hills will include a resort, four and five star hotels, an 18-hole golf course, a yacht club, 350 villas, a shopping center and a camping area, and a 50-hectare primeval forest will embrace the complex.
